last day at work. damn stupid.first thing my boss told me to do is to clear up my desk for the new PC for the new MA. then she started calling up another dept about some site testing thing and it was obvious they didn't have anithing for me to do but she kept harrassing them for things for me to do. as usual, that girl was late, and i was shifted to the fourth level. by 3pm, i was superbly bored and playing games on my laptop in full view of anione who walks past. left early when i received a call from my frens who were at suntec. had a walk around b4 weilun took us to jp in his car for dinner. heh.. they totally crack me up.. nv laugh at so many lame jokes for so long.. treated them to curry fish head but i was not that hungry enuff to eat alot. celestee had treated me to pasta at Moonfish (formerly spagheddies) at millenia walk in the afternoon so was still feeling bloated. craving for a bit of ice cream now though. haagen dazs anyone?

had a bad day again. my dad is like sooo selfish. he's not using his car yet he won't let me drive it to tuition cos that will save me so much time. the damn tuition is only 1.5 hours and my travelling time is like 3 hours in total. kaoz. wasted so much time.

last nite was fun. went to geylang for dinner, celebrated fren's bday, and ate frog leg's porridge, mee sua, and smelly beancurd. so full. argh. back to the books.

damn it. lucki today is the 2nd last day of work. i'm getting really pissed with my work. and my boss. the organisation is so inefficient and pple are really irresponsible. can't elaborate more but i would advise everyone not to join this organisation next time. it SUX!

went to CK tang and bought a bunch of cosmetics from prescriptives heh.. using gift vouchers. :P anyway.. well worth it.. i think.. but i think mainly i must sleep and eat well first. sianz. so tired of studying.

argh..overslept this morning..woke up at 8.15am..rushed to tk the bus at 9 and reached work only at 10am. and i played PC games the whole morning. ahahahaha!!!

have been very suay these 2 days on the bus. twice, china women (aunties) sat next to me. not that i'm purposely discriminating, but they were both very rude and inconsiderate!!! both seemed to think that i'm invisible or something and read their papers with their elbow shoved into my side. and oso sms-ed with their elbows pushed into me like i wasn't there. how come i dun seem to need so much space to do the same things?? and then, the woman who sat next to me this morning behaved like the whole bus was hers. we were sitting in those seats at the front where u face 2 pple who face the whole bus. and this old lady sat down in front of her but she didn't even had the courtesy to tuck her feet in and let the old lady sit properly. poor old lady had to sit sideways the whole ride. !! i was super disgusted at her. and while reading her papers, she was adjusting her bra openly. YUCK!! maybe i really am invisible or something.

I bought a telescope today!! was on the mrt reading Today when i saw that carrefour was having a sale for their telescopes, only $49 and magnification of 175x.. WOOH!! anyway, set it up all ready to use, but turns out tonight is too cloudy to do any star gazing. ARGH.

zobo until cannot zobo at the office. was playing monopoly on my laptop towards the end of the day. with my boss right beside me. ... pretty lame. but its not my fault if she has no work to give me!! :(

it was quite a chore carrying the telescope back home. at peak hour i felt bad that my telescope was taking up a seat of its own, so i tried to carry it on my lap and almost killed the girl who sat down next to me.. haha.. the telescope was abit too tall for my lap and a little heavy so it toppled over when i wasn't holding on.. lucky for the quick reflexes of yours truly, she was safe from harm..:P

at wisma, this old guy, supposedly a security guard of somewhere came up the bus. when he sat down in front of me, he was reeking of alcohol and holding his head. my god. his life must be very sad to have to get drunk at 6 plus in the evening.

today was studying for CFA and playing ard with VB in the office. my boss just let me do wat i wanted. apparently she realli had NOTHING for me to do. so i just fiddled with VB trying to connect to database which finally succeeded.. !! hahahaha.. the rush of satisfaction brought back all the feelings of why i wanted to do computing in the first place. haiz. aniway, VB is damn stupid. although i'm stupider for not being able to program in it. the chiong cd i installed it from didn't have any help files and i had to struggle thru on my own. damn it..

sianz. today the company told me this is my last week cos they realli nothing for me to do. abit dulanz they so last minute. nv gimme notice. and cheat me of a month's pay. DUMB BANK.

its realli tempting to go out after work. must restrain myself for the next 2 weeks. ARGH!!

i have something i wan a lot.. i wan the Friends sitcom DVD set.. of ALL the episodes for my bday this year.. that would be good.. and of course if someone would sponsor me a cruise ticket as well.. :P

went holland v today.. so long haven been there le.. lotsa not so gd memories there of some one again :( wah. sux... i hate my memory for being so photographic. why doesn't it remember as clearly for studies?? sick of his face & memories popping up at unwanted moments. it was when i suddenly remembered his face and words and face last nite that i missed my MRT stop. kaoz. stop invading in my life u idiot! GET OUT!!!

finally, a reply from singtel. apparently the customer service lady is trying to get me a waiver, but she didn't tk into account april's amt so now it complicates this matter. well.. thank god, but i hope she's successful. finally she calls to tell me. .. a little slow, but at least a reply finally. to give her credit, she's quite nice, very calm and polite. hopefully, things work out.

the weather sux. so humid that however nicely i prepare to go out, will be drenched by sweat by the time i get to the bus stop. :( sianz. wat shitty weather.

just had a great meet up with some of the sixoneders.. only bout 8 of us met up, but it was gd enuff.. as usual, guys were pretty crappy, and got to see qunci's bf for the first time :) he's cute.. in the chubby sort of way.. but quite used to seeing her with nat le, so its a little weird. had dinner at thai express.. the waitress was realli enthu cos its her last week on the job :) congrats! hee.. later on we went to crepes and cream for desserts, and they gave us an extra bowl of sundae by mistake hehe.. ah well.. things are overpriced here anyway, at least that compensated for it..

was so blur i missed the stop at bukit batok. was thinking bout some things in the past, then suddenli looked up to see the bukit batok sign and the mrt doors closing. ARGH.. in the end i got off at gombak and waited another 10 minutes for the train back to bukit batok. and by the time i reached there, the last bus had gone, and i had to walk all the way out to the main road to take a cab. *sobz*

saw a green snake on my way out today.. it was bright green, lime green in fact and was more than a metre long. tot it was not alive until it suddenly curled upwards. (it was hung upside down on the fence..) YUCK!! was pretty scared but told my mom to get the security guard to do something bout it. dunno whether its still there though. creepy..

interview went really well. talked to the manager for like hour+ and after that breezed through the mandarin test. :) hopefully will get it.. its alot more of wat i wanna do than wat i do now. haiz.

saw hp's hall room for the last time. so empty le. a little sad cos so many happy memories in it. took a nap there b4 going home but still pretty groggy. hp's such a sweet guy..

history comes alive in films. lazy youngsters who have no interest at all in greek myths and legends will noe the story of Troy for years to come cos of the magic of movies. with the lure of handsome men and beautiful women they idolise acting on the big screens for them, can they not catch a piece of the action?

the movie was good. besides the fact that Brad Pitt was deliciously nude in many scenes, the legend was well portrayed in the show. the arrogance of Archilles, the heroic Hector who put his countrymen before him, showing true honour in battle, cowardly Paris who created trouble with his beauty (orlando bloom was well-chosen to act this role..), and Helen was really very beautiful. Very elegant, its so difficult to hate her despite that it was her impulsiveness that caused the ruin of Troy. many of the battle scenes were a little too gory and brutal for me (as were those in passion of christ and gladiator and other war films) but, haiz, i really dun understand why these men had to kill each other to get their way. couldn't they talk it out? honour and glory is really so important? perhaps this is why men and women are different. pity all the gd pple had to die in the end. or should i say good-looking? heh..

yay! got an interview with Agilent Technologies.. hope this would bring me further? hmm.. hopefully i get in, only 2 persons shortlisted..

horrible day today. stomach still aching, and i realised i kena fever. 38 degrees. no wonder my head been feeling woozy. argh. been gunbounding too much as well. time for a nap.

swam and suntanned today :) bliss... bliss to just do nothing.. haha..

slept til 10 plus this morning cos of some unexpected matters that cropped up last nite.. went for supper with hp to fong seng and it was soooo quiet there. after that, was on our way to explore singapore in his lorry when eliza called us to help her find jack. apparently, he's doing some insane thing to see her, walking the PIE in the middle of the nite. ARGH!! we were pretty irritated but in view of the fact that the idiot might kill himself, we went in search of him. found him but he bochup-ed us.. in the end he walked backwards and we had to go on since we were on the expressway.. lost him there and we couldn't find him after that. haiz. so silly. should have behaved more maturely. tk care u 2, dunno wat to do oso..

still realli sleepy, been dozing on and off the whole day. i'm getting old.
