finally, a reply from singtel. apparently the customer service lady is trying to get me a waiver, but she didn't tk into account april's amt so now it complicates this matter. well.. thank god, but i hope she's successful. finally she calls to tell me. .. a little slow, but at least a reply finally. to give her credit, she's quite nice, very calm and polite. hopefully, things work out.
