waiting for the bus again.. its been a horrendous day.. 4 calls back to back of horrible customers who scolded me. they scolded me stupid! it makes me wonder why pple wan to put themselves in such dire debts cos of some stupid tv programmes. and then they call us to plead and beg for reconnection.. haiz.

going for jap again.. i think i feel a little better today.. have to clear my head abit bah...
