finally got my new passport.. the gap btw my front teeth are getting more and more prominent in passport photos.. i feel so nerdy! had to queue for a whole hour just to COLLECT the passport.. it was really inefficient.. the SIR building was so crowded, when i collected my queue number i was shocked to see that there were 300 people in the numbers ahead of me! .... some of the counters were like taking 10 min to serve each person.. how long does collecting a passport take?! i took mine, signed the papers and left the counter in less than a min.. wasted my OT time..
